part 2 of judicial review

Last i said about research in medicine and pharma sectors. Again i have to add, similarly serious focused research in psychiatry and psychology is needed, just because rape phenomena is indeed higher and hogher after 38 years of aruna's rape. this shows there is no consistent and sensible studies are taken up so far. shd we to think research today is no research but just accidental finds! If universities ans institutes of importance do not really take up it means education  on empirical fators are at ver low ebb, should we think so. I have not seen any great article from KEM in medical journals has not appeared on Aruna's case analysis or any where else seen. Are we really serious in our research? Why do we be hypocritic? Sorry. Apex court could have questioned, is it not. Else Medical schools and IMC could have filed their articles on Aruna in Medical journals if alreary carried. Apex court could have asked where are your serious studies, when rape is increasing all over world whether there are studies and research worth the name!
