Judicial Review in India!

I see that Apex Court gets on Judicial Review boat. It is good. Court in Aruna Shanbaug 'ethunasia' case filed by Virani just dismissed saying Aruna to live as long as possible. Doctors and Nurses of KEM and others too supported as Ethunasia is allowed it would be misused. Apex court says Government should bring in a legislation as if the Government as legislative authority really messed up legislations except a very few legislations, for political convenience. Yes Apex Court can set set aside a legislation if not serving a serving a sensible perceptions. I agree with Court, as India is a democracy and it ought to have improved over 60+ years of ruling democratically.
Again I see, there are so many violent deths perpetrated on people by rapes and other kinds. why Apex court has not given thoughts so far as to how to contain such untimely deaths of persons.
Further, at Delhi the other day at a point blank range killeda 22 year old delhi girl student of some college of Delhi. These kinds of untimely deaths are taking place every day. If right to life is assured by Art 21 how govt and Courts have so far not found ways and means to solve!

Again, I see how the rule of law is administered is something strange. When constitution says in unequivocal terms under Art 21 'right to life' but so far say even after 60+ years have not made a progress worth the name. Now such violent deaths are on the incrrease. Is it not the responsibility of the State first to save lives? This quetion arises you say india is economically progressing, economic progressshould be coupled with safety of life. Is it not readers?

Judicial Review should instruct State or Nation first addreess burning issues, like Arunas, rape and dowry murders issues...instead of emotional integrarating aspects. If Emotional integration takes place every growth iss meaningful else is it not cheating yourself?

Say in such serious disabilities like Aruna should be urgently addressed by pharnmaceutical and medical sciences research and development and government may grant enough funds for such urgent research, but what we find is R& D kind is working on accidental discoveries, then you may not call such discoveries as real research. Research means you will have to focus on something like Aruna's case not allowing her to address and script her own death for the last 38 years, it clearly shows nothing really serious in R&D has taken place at all. I would have liked Apex ruling also could have said 'Look Medical specialists and Government Authorities, what genuine R&D work you did for the ladt 38 years?' If you are incapable this long how you will really save Art 21 - 'right to life' of Constitution assured principle. If you cannot do that with what face you come before us saying this is 'ethical and non ethical. Better accept your inefficiency and how we can trust you?'. It aeears you are not serious while Virani and Nurses are serious others contribution is just negligble!
